Eating Info
Breakfast/Snack-
We stop to eat every morning. This is the time children who choose breakfast will get their bag of food. If your child does not want the school breakfast, please send in small snack. (yogurt, baggie of cereal, crackers, cereal bar, fruit, cheese stick) Pro tips: Use the front pocket of their backpack to put your child's snack separately from their lunch and maybe put enough snack for the whole week. One less thing to think about each day.

Lunch-
We will be eating lunch in the gym. Our aide will be there to help our class get their hot lunch and to help open those tricky packages. Don't panic if your child does not eat much the first few weeks or school. They are learning that they don't have unlimited time to eat at school.

Afternoon Snack-
During play time children are allowed to wash their hands and have an afternoon snack. Some children stop and have snack every day with their friends and other do not want to take time away from playing.
Birthday-
Birthday students are able to bring in store-bought, pre-packaged peanut/tree nut-free treats or trinkets for their classmates to take home with them (i.e. Twinkies, Fruit Snacks, Playdough, Bubbles, etc). No homemade treats/bakery items are allowed due to allergies. Whether you send anything or not we always stop to sing our special birthday song and your child will be special helper that day.
